These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Airport View Hotel Entebbe website at airportviewhotel.co.ug (the "Website") and all room, event and conference bookings made with Airport View Hotel Entebbe ("the Hotel", "we", "us"). By using the Website or making a booking, you accept these Terms.

1. Bookings

  • Bookings may be made through the Website, by phone, WhatsApp or email, and are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed once acknowledged by the Hotel. We may request identification at check-in.
  • Bookings must be made by persons aged 18 or over.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is from 1:00 PM (13:00) and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance; additional charges may apply.

3. Deposits and Payment

  • Confirmed bookings of two or more nights require a 50% deposit upon check-in.
  • First-time guests are required to pay for their accommodation in full upon check-in.
  • We accept cash (USD, UGX or EUR), VISA, MasterCard, American Express and VISA Electron cards, and online payment via PesaPal at payments.pesapal.com/airportviewhotel.
  • All room rates include Bed & Breakfast unless stated otherwise. Rates are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the confirmed rate.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date/arrival attract a 100% charge.
  • Cancellations made outside the 24-hour window receive a full refund, less applicable bank charges.
  • No-shows are treated as cancellations within 24 hours.

5. Event and Conference Bookings

Wedding, event and conference bookings (including Palm Gardens and the conference room) are subject to a separate written quotation and booking agreement covering dates, guest numbers, packages, deposits and cancellation terms specific to the event. In the event of any conflict, the event agreement prevails over these general Terms.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave with consideration for other guests, staff and property.
  • Guests are liable for any damage they cause to Hotel property beyond normal wear and tear.
  • The Hotel may decline or terminate the stay of any guest whose conduct is unlawful or endangers others, without refund for the unexpired portion of the stay.

7. Liability

  • Valuables should be deposited with the front desk for safekeeping; the Hotel is not liable for valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas except as required by law.
  • Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Uganda.

8. Website Use and Content

  • The content of the Website is provided in good faith for general information. Rates, menus, packages and facility details may change; the details confirmed at the time of booking apply.
  • All text, photographs and branding on the Website are the property of the Hotel or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.
  • The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example payment providers and maps). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
