Check-in is from 1:00 PM (13:00) and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability — please contact us in advance to arrange.

Yes — all room rates include Bed & Breakfast (BB). Breakfast is served daily in our restaurant from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Any confirmed booking of two or more nights requires a 50% deposit upon check-in. First-time guests are required to pay for their accommodation in full upon check-in. Payment can be made via our secure online payment link: PesaPal Online Payment.

Within 24 hours of check-in or arrival, any cancellation attracts a 100% charge. Outside the 24-hour window, a full refund will be made, less applicable bank charges. Please notify us as early as possible to avoid any charges.

We accept cash (USD, UGX or Euros), credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, VISA Electron) and online payment via PesaPal at payments.pesapal.com/airportviewhotel. Restaurant and bar bills can be settled in cash or by card.

Yes — complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all rooms, the restaurant, bar, conference room and garden areas.

Our restaurant serves local Ugandan, continental and oriental cuisine prepared fresh daily, and the hotel has two bars with an extensive drinks menu. Room service is also available, and the terrace garden features BBQ grills.

Yes — our Palm Gardens venue hosts weddings and celebrations for up to 300 guests, with full-day packages from UGX 2.5M including an event coordinator, catering and bar service. A bridal suite is included in wedding packages.
