Any confirmed booking of two or more nights requires a 50% deposit upon check-in. First-time guests are required to pay for their accommodation in full upon check-in. Payment can be made via our secure online payment link: PesaPal Online Payment.
Within 24 hours of check-in or arrival: any cancellation attracts a 100% charge.
Outside the 24-hour window: a full refund will be made, less applicable bank charges. Please notify us as early as possible to avoid any charges.

Payment for meals and refreshments in the restaurant and bar can also be settled in cash or by card — whichever is convenient for you.
Yes — all room rates include Bed & Breakfast (BB). Breakfast is served daily in our restaurant from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
