- Where do I find the best rates and offers?
The best room rates and offers are always available on our own website.
- How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
We will gladly arrange a free transfer from the airport to our hotel. Please send your time of arrival and flight number to arrival at firstname.lastname@example.org Depending on traffic, you should reach the hotel within 10 minutes.
- Are there connecting rooms?
Yes we have connecting rooms available, which are perfectly suited for families or groups.
- Is it possible to have an extra bed in the room?
For small children, cots can be provided at an additional cost of US$30. For children up to 12 years extra beds can be provided at an additional fee. Please inquire while making your room reservation.
- Can I get access to the internet?
Yes. We have free high speed Wi-Fi internet access in all rooms and public areas.
- Is there a laundry service?
Yes. Leave your clothing in the laundry basket, which you can find in your room, and we will take care of the laundry. This service is offered at a fee.
- Do you also provide lactose and gluten-free meals?
We are happy to serve your nutritional needs. Please let us know about any special dietary requirement ahead of your stay with us.
- Is tap water safe for drinking?
No, tap water is not safe for drinking.
- What is check-out time?
We kindly ask you to leave your room by 11am on your scheduled day of departure. Late check-out can be arranged at a small fee subject to room availability.
- When can I check-in?
Check-in is from 1 PM local time. Should you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with us and move on with the rest of your day. Often your room will be available earlier.
- What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are free of penalty or surcharges and deposits will be refunded (net of any bank charges) upon request. Please inform us as soon as possible of any changes/ cancellations to your room reservation by email to email@example.com or at the Reception Desk.
- Are there any special offers or packages?
